Wow! Thats pretty awesome! How are the lipo's holding up?

The motor is a beast. I only got the motor warm and never hot. Took it on a mountain bike trail once and I had a blast.

The Sky lipo's are doing ok so far. No puffing yet and hold up voltage well under load. The Blue lipo get warmer vs the Sky lipo's. I miss the flat discharge from the A123's still, but the lipo's give me more range. A dozen or so more cycles and I'll check each pack again and see if the cells are "ok" still. I wonder if I can get 200 cycles out of them before puffing.

I tried the Keywin program and the bike is a bit more behaved. I still need more time to mess around with the phase and battery current combination. The program crashes when I tried to upload a higher voltage cutoff setting. But I have the CA that can take care of that more me.

congrats on your bike, that's a sweet idea.

I got my throttle delay today. This is the second prototype if you can call it that. The delay can be tuned from 1-10 seconds. Rise time is slow and drop time is fast. This should help with my high power sensorless setup cutting out when running on the 100% speed setting.
All that is needed from the end user, is too install a 1k ohm resistor on the signal wire and tap into the positive and negative throttle wires. As you can see, the module is really compact.
