Anyone who received the 1717 AIR instead of the 1717 CAR should have just received an e-mail with details on how to take care of the problem. There was an issue with the part number used on the website, it has since been corrected. Any orders that have not already been invoiced will be adjusted properly. If you have received an e-mail confirmation with an invoice number but did not just receive and e-mail from me, please shoot me a PM and we'll get it sorted out. Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience.

I just received an invoice but it stated the car version instead of the heli version I ordered. I send Dena an email for it, will also send you, Thomas, a pb now :)

Good to hear... The nearest UPS here is about 40 miles away :no: Any other options available? I don't need those dammit Heli things...

I've been emailing and speaking on the phone with Thomas , and it seems that if you order the car motor you get the air motor or viseversa.:oops:He got my orders all corrected so i'm sure they are already correcting all other orders. I wouldnt want to even imagine how much chaos is going on in their facility with this awsome motor sale. :gasp::lol:

Have you already received a shipping confirmation? If so, please PM me your First and Last name and the e-mail address you used to place the order and I'll take a peak at the invoice and see what is going on.

Nard: PM sent, we caught it before it made it through shipping. Dena just adjusted the invoice and got it changed to the heli version. Glad you pm'ed me or it would have shipped as the car version. :oops:

Being a manufacturer, we are used to dealing in 100's of controllers per order, so our sales ladies are not used to 100's of small orders. The system wasn't designed to handle this kind of volume, and then add the monkey wrench into the works of the 1717 snafu and.... my head explodes. We're getting it sorted out though, we really appreciate everyone being understanding and patient. I'm so glad I took off Thursday and Friday to go to the NASCAR race, 3 days this week will be enough. :yes:

I too have received an incorrect motor. Order two 1518's, got one 1518 and one 1512. :(

I think it would have been easier for castle to open an ebay account and shift the motors that way... :lol:
