DRIFT_BUGGY 11.28.2008 04:09 AM

Well I finally took it for another one and it has been raining a fair bit lately. Motor temp was around 160F but I couldn't go flat out around the track as it was very wet in places. By the time battery was flat, the buggy was covered in mud. Never again will I be running in mud, it stuck like cement, took a few hours to fully clean. The rear end was the worst. A few of the screws also started to rust so i will be getting stainless steel screws soon. After cleaning it I decided to put the plastic mud guard on the rear. I also added front aluminum spindles.

to convert nitro to brushless

HI drift buggy,

i just wish to ask whether its worth the effort to convert nitro buggy to ep.
i am looking at losi conversion combo set. its rahter costly too. i also heard bout heat up esc and motor. I will think that conversion is not an easy task to carry out, after converting there are stuff to be set up for buggy too. i am also skeptical bout ep if i am goin to run with nitro buggy, whether it is going to fast and high torque enough to bash with notro buggy.

hope you don't mind to share abit on your 8ight project.
:wink::wink:
