i made my order on the 23rd and still, i have not received any shipping info. i did however, get the receipt the same day.

i'm not trying to be too impatient over here, but why are some that were placed after i placed mine being shipped before mine?

once again, i am not trying to complain; i am just curious if it has to do with location or something like that.

Did you all get invoices for your orders? I placed 3. Received invoice for only 2.

I placed my order Saturday morning, was still Friday night in the USA, got an order confirmation, but nothing since then:neutral:

I'm pretty sure that certain CASTLE employees are working overtime to correct all and any issues :wink:.

If you have received an e-mail confirmation with an invoice attached, with a 6 digit number, then your product has been shipped. If you have only received the e-mail confirmation when you placed the order, with a 12 digit number, then we have received the order but it has not been invoiced. Some orders that were pulled from the web server were not automatically transferred into the ordering system; so they have to be hand entered and could take a bit longer to process. If you don't receive an e-mail with the invoice by Thursday afternoon, I would recommend shooting an e-mail to sales.

i only got the 12 digit number. i guess i am one of the "lucky" ones.
if there is still no invoice or shipping info by friday, i will e-mail sales

like i said earlier, i am not trying to complain or be impatient. i was just curious about the situation. i still can't get over the fact that you guys are selling these crazy-good motors for less than feigaos. i have told a few friends about the sale and so far, all of them have bought at least 1 motor.

Got mine today, but did get the air 1717. However I did get a very nice email from Thomas earlier warning me of the mixup and the ways they had to fix it.

No worries at all and you guys are the best.

Ummm well I bought 2 1520s and one 1717 for no real reason other then I couldn't resist the price. I'm sure I will manage to find a place for them:whistle:
