We are now back up and running.

Hey Patrick,
does this mean I have to "remind" your system somehow?
And what do you mean? 8 days oder 8 work days?
Because I'm waiting for an invoice for 11 days now, and 2 days for an answer to my first "reminder-mail".
I'm in absolutely no hurry, just want to know what is happening with my order so I know everything is still in order and that I have an idea when my CC is going to be charged.

You shouldn't have to "remind" the system -- we are just taking a while to get caught up.

If you don't hear anything in the next couple days, give a call to Christy or Dena a call.

order was made on the 22nd...

order no. 2142-1274-0015

had nothing other than the Order Confirmation....

been waiting 13 days and not had a reply to my email?

I think people that haven't received contact or a motor yet are just worried that they paid for something they won't get or CC will run out off, they just want their share of this goodness...

Awesome sale. I know you guys are swamped and working hard to get everything straight and out the door.

A little patience will pay off. CC are top notch people and have gotten overwhelmed by the scale of the sale and response, as well as a couple mixups. If you can, call. They are very helpful and nice and will do their best to get the ordered straightened out. If they ever deserved another pizza party, it would be for this

Anyone else not get the pinion they were supposed to? I called and was told it doesn't come with it, but when I ordered it it said it included one, and still says it includes one. I have pinions I can run in my maxx, but running on 4s, with a 1518 and a 14 tooth pinion is god awful slow.

I got them in 1500 series, but not with the 1717 air (surprise! lol)

They aren't that great anyways.

The 18T included won't be as fast either.

I'm running the same setup on 4s, geared 22/65.

I too could send you the original 18T pinion if wanted.
