Thanks for the comments! This project took longer than expected, but was worth the wait. I really try to build all of my projects with extreme attention to detail.

I've run one set of batteries through it and the performance was quite amazing! It takes-off like a rocket.:D The weight without the batteries is exactly 8.0 lbs. I haven't weighed it with the batteries, but according to my calculations, it should weigh-in at 10.5 lbs. total, which is actually less than I expected.

I finished the project one day before going vacation, so the beast is waiting on my work bench til I get back.

Sounds like I can use all of the luck I can get, concerning Schulze's track record.:eek:

Here are pics of my latest addition to the Hyper 7. I have added Cooling Fans for the ESC.

Hey Complaint guy the conversion looks great. I too and going to convert a hyper 7 and was curious about your motor and battery mounts.

Do you have the machining file or any chance I can get a set made?
