I've bought twice from him several years ago. 1st was fine, 2nd was some batts that ended up being in very bad condition. One just had to be tossed. As usual pic was a bit crappy and desc short and not entirely accurate. Didn't leave - feedback due to the retaliation. So if he's got that many, god knows just how many dissatisfied customers there really are.

This is a shame because he sells some VERY cheap nitro rollers on ebay.

And we know why, he didn't pay for them in the first place.

Yup and that sucks. Hopefully he gets punished this time.

I'm still sort of new with the EBay/Paypal scheme of things.

For someone buying from him, is it really that much to worry about? The buyers are protected through Paypal are they not?

Only downside really would be you may have to wait a month or so to get your money refunded? If you disputed through paypal correct?

Yes. It happened to me before and I'm glad I used my CC to pay for it. My bank gave me my money back right away while they dealt with Paypal instead of me dealing with Paypal directly. It takes a long time for Paypal to refund anything.

Yes, but you'r enabling him to continue his scam and in turn, also potentially taking advantage of a seller he scammed to start with. That makes you part of the scam in my book. I won't buy from him and wouldn't sell him anything either.

From reading on other forums it appears the local police have finally gotten involved.

ebay is getting real bad. since i found this place i have not used it since. People always have to take advantage and scam. pathetic people in this world.

I have heard of a few instances of him doing that, but this time he pissed the wrong guy off. Hats of to the guy who posted on rctech. I appreciate people like him who try to do things the right way, instead of bitching.

Maybe i should start doing what rcwaffle did, and do it right, no scamming. Parting out stuff does seem to get more money, and with decent descriptions and pics I would feel ok about doing it. I have made a few dollars lately buying local guys stuff and selling it broken up. Most people on ebay will not buy a big lot of stuff, especially if it goes over $400. I would hate to tarnish the lincpimp name though... (as if I could do that if I tried...)
