Makes sense. A signal is a signal, it's the user input method that changes.

Did you try to flip the throttle cable around on the receiver?

Is it normal for the ESC to get warm from calibrating it? I temped it and it is 114.

You need this!

Aux: None
Thr: ESC plug in here.
Str: You need a Y adapter and both steering plug going in here
Bat/Tel: BEC plug in here

Did you disconnect the red lead on the ESC lead - If not stop and do so now... before smoke!

Yes orange red and brown. I disconnected the red which is the middle one.

LMAO. Looks like I will have to wait another couple of days to get that y adapter for the steering........ Even then I will probably not be able to get it working..... Ready to throw it out the window.

For now just use one of the steering leads... and follow above

What do you want pics of? I can take them for you so let me know. Ran in the driveway for about 5 minutes and a couple high speed passes with wheelies and the ESC got to 186, motor 118, lipos in the 80's. Maybe I need a fan on the MM.

Please post up details of your setup - Car, battery, motor, gearing etc.

If 4s then yes a ubec, fan and cap
