so when you hit the gas the servo turns anitclockwise? and the breaks go on? you might have the breaks to tight, just losen the screws the hold the breaks on. do you have a pic of the throttle servo and the linkage to the breaks? just incase theres something wrong there like your steering servo

I don't understand what the problem is Toby, could you please explain?

toby 10.12.2005 07:19 AM

everything on this truck seems to be reversed. i turn the wheel forward (should make it turn right) and it turns left and same with left goes rigjht. and i cannot figure out this mechanical break? On my radio i hit the throttle trigger and that is when the linkage goes, but then i spin the spur gear and hit the "gas" for break and it does not push it enough to break

Serum 10.12.2005 09:55 AM

Okay, you need some adjustment on the break, what way is the brake going? being pushed away from the serv or pulled towards it?

what transmittor do you use? hasnt it got a reverse mode?

nice truck!! I like the look of the lst shocks on the savage, i would have done it on my savage aswell but i sold it lol. yeah the cam servo saver makes a big difference, you should get some bearings for it aswell.

is it just me or is the center hole for the motor shaft of center?

toby 10.29.2005 08:15 PM

it is LOL, my dad kind of messed up BUT it works, the shaft clears by like 1 MM though maybe 2.

squeeforever 10.29.2005 08:25 PM

thats pretty close. you might want to think about drill it out some more or getting a dremel and taking some material of of the other side.

Serum 10.30.2005 05:48 AM

.2 mm clearance allready is enough squee. no need for stress..

toby 10.30.2005 08:58 AM

Serum please answer my PM, it is very important that i get it today, because my dad is leaving.

Serum 10.30.2005 09:53 AM

Sorry Toby, something must have went wrong again with my email, i will fix it right away.

The size for the U profile is 30X30 and it's 2.5 mm thick.

toby 10.30.2005 09:55 AM

30mm by 30mm??? is that the width and length?

Serum 10.30.2005 10:16 AM

It's a U profile. You know the length you need and the distance for the holes?

It's 30X30mm (30 high, 30 width) and the thickness is 2.5

toby 10.30.2005 10:16 AM
