Does anyone knows if there is a motor heatsink that is known to fit well on a stock rustler VXL? Not much room around the motor I see...

The best motor heatsink for the rustler is the FLM trannycase. If you want even more, then get Mike's heatsink on top of that.

If you use one of those clip-on small heatsinks, you better make sure it makes full contact with the motor. Otherwise it's just useless.

I have a Feigao 9L/4s with my Rustler and the motor does get very warm to hot I have been running it for a year and its still going strong...I figure I have gotten my $60 of use from it so if it does fry I wont be a bad thing...also remember a Rustler is pretty light
