I would just buy a new brushless set up. by the time you get a used one you would have saved up enough money to buy another one.

I recommand using a fan on the evx and heatsink's on the motor's if your running on 12 cell's. Don't be fooled by the sticker, it can take it.

This one, right? Not that bad for $8.50, how do they hold up on 12 cells?

I'm trying to put a single DeWalt 820 12v motor in my Twin Force, but have had to rework some stuff.....hopefully it'll be worth it and a good hold over until I either sell it or get a BL for it.

I don't know why people put down the titans. In a proper racing setup mine could out run the old Tmaxx (TRX .15) and stay close enough to the new Tmaxx (2.5) and Savages (.21)to kill them in the corner. i'll grant they are not perfect but they are not as bad as people say they are.

They use graphite....

I'm no where near putting the titan's down. But for the money, the permax 600's are just as good. They will wear quicker cause you are putting them near their limit's(14 cell's could kill them) but they got more power and speed.

They hold up very well in my stock maxx, could do reverse wheely's(titan's didn't like those).

evx still work with them?

MetalMan 10.19.2005 06:19 PM

Yes, although since they are more powerful, they will require more from the EVX, so an added fan will keep the EVX in better condition.
