The newer versions of Castle Link work fine on my computers without needing any special instructions, but then again I've turned off things like UAC.

As an update I have been able to install Castle link fine, I found it better to dowload the newest version 3.12 form Castle right to the laptop then follow the first post for installing the software, selecting both options Run XP compatible and Run as administrator. So far the only problem that I having is that I can't save my brake curve and it will not print but I am able to connect to, change settings and update the Monster I haven't tried it with my Sidewinder or the Mamba Max so no comment on those yet.
