yes i just did. i'm in love. i've never had such awesome customer support, but the news are grim. basically, since vista interrupted the flashing of the MM it didn't get the full download and now wont sync. so i pm the guy that sold it to me so that he can send my proof of purchase so i can get it warranteid for free or if not pay 50 bux, that sucks.

if i send it out how long would it take to get it back?

Yeah get that proof of purchase. Depending on their work load, a couple of weeks. I was waiting for one of mine back for almost a month when the MMM V1 came out and there was a backlog because of that.
