get g3, its the bomb.

coolhandcountry 04.20.2006 06:18 PM

I have the g3. I was wondering if it matters which way it goes on. I noticed that it lengthens or shortens the truck up. How do I not do that?

Sylvester 04.20.2006 06:29 PM

Check the upper arms, they should be aligned with the lower arms.

Mike.L 04.20.2006 07:03 PM

lol sylvester the g3 is a sweet suspension but you bent a shock and sock tower when you drove it. nothing against the g3 suspension but is that highly unlikely to happen?

Sylvester 04.20.2006 07:10 PM

The shocktowers are the weakest spot in the gmaxx suspension, everything else is fine.

coolhandcountry 04.20.2006 07:12 PM

I can align the lower and upper up. I can have it infront of the drive up or behind the drive cup.

Mike.L 04.20.2006 07:12 PM

i agree.

i run mine behind the drive cup in the rear and in front of the drive cup in the front for maxximum distance between the wheels and it handles awesome.

Mike.L 04.21.2006 10:31 PM

it handles nice because it nice and light:) good racing and bashing essential!:p

coolhandcountry 04.22.2006 08:23 AM

Thanks andy! I am not sure on hard bashing with the suspension it don't look as tough as some others. I put it thru its paces though. It is real light though.
