What is with those rear wheels and tires? Are those traxxas tires for the jato/rustler? I didn't think they would fit on buggy wheels if those are actually buggy wheels at all.

Nice.........that's come up real clean and new looking

What conversion kit are you planning on using?

Metallover 03.15.2009 11:25 AM

The wheels are all 17mm buggy wheels. I think the onroad ones are anacondas made for buggys and the front ones are different for some lame ass reason... I might get another set of tires to make it look good and for offroad driving. Maybe some cheap stock raze tires.

I'm not sure on the conversion kit. I might not even get one. I usually get a battery tray and make my own mount. I might get a kit though.... I might get a job then I'd have money. Can you say MMM?

I just installed the Losi kit, it was very good except for the motor mount I used a RCM instead. I do have a MMM controller I am thinking about trying a Tekin RX8 though...the word is they are pretty tough

Out of curiosity, I noticed you have two gel batteries wired together, what do you use that for?

I am going to use those for my electric bike. I've also used them as a dc power supply, wired differently of course. They're much cheaper then lipos and work great when weight ins't much of an issue.:gasp:

Right on. I had to be sure I wasn't missing out on some other secret of experience.
