Not sure on weight yet - havent had any decent sized scales to get an accurate reading on it -lol- With my dodgey little ones i have here, it came to around 5.5-6kg from memory - but it's pretty unreliable -lol- I'll try and get to a Post office and get the weight today ;)

Mr. C is actually a member here, though he has never posted. he was probably one of the first 50 members, now that I think of it.

OK - got out to the post office yesterday - and this truck, fully RTR weighs in at about 7.4KG - is that fairly heavy? I was thinking i might bail on the arms for RPM and possibly a couple other lil things if i can think of it... the newera stuff has got a bit of weight to it...

boss 302 01.04.2006 07:14 PM

that is about 16.3lbs which is fairly heavy in my opinion but i dont know much other trucks with a 22 series and 18 cells weigh

My truck with a 2250 in it is about 9lb with out batteries. I plan on running 26 cells in it later on. I have run 18 and 16 in it. Not sure on weight with batteries. It is all aluminum gmaxx with double extensions. center slipper.

thanks guys...
hmmm - that sounds a heck of a lot lighter than me -lol- I should have weighed it without batts too - dunno how much they weigh -lol-
Should be ok tho - i don't plan on racing or anything - just bashing - so as long as it isn't gonna affect heat or anything - should be sweet :)

Just a couple more outdoor pics

I also cut a small scrap of lexan and painted it silver - the BEC is sitting on this piece of lexan. I glued the piece of lexan to the bottom of the shifting servo, and it sits acrioss the motor and hides wiring too.
