You won't be able to do a single stage reduction with that motor.
A 14/72 into 14/36 would be about as close as you can get to ideal, although a larger than 36t rear sprocket would be better. The only hitch with using the top hat adapter is that you will need a left side drive freewheel. |
A straight reduction is about 10/180 iirc. If I used some small chain it might be possible... I want to keep my current setup but just get a couple different gears so I have a low and high gear with the motor.(8 total) I have a 2 hour study hall tomorrow, I should be able to figure it out.
