Just in case he isn't totally decided, B4 all the way! Like my brother said, B4's are insanely durable for a car, not just a racer, but in general they hold up to racing and bashing extremely well. At Hobby People, the only parts for them people break are the wing mounts, it's darn near bombproof!

Another vote for the B4 here!

Well i got a Associated FTE B4 buggy. I traded my novak smart tray for it, it's in pretty good shape. I cleaned it real good with simple green, then i put wd-40 on a rag & paint brush & wiped it down it looks real. Now i need to decide if i keep it brushed (CHEAPER) or go bl ( more EXSPENCIVE) ?.

Either way you won't be disappointed

got to agree with the associated comments. Ive had a associated and they are very reliable and strong. Never ran a losi so can't comment on those. Good luck with the choose, I think either will be a good choose either way.

I never believed how strong a B4 is until I saw my brother bash his yesterday......flat out amazing that nothing broke. I think my favorite was when he came up short on a jump big time, and not only "lawn darted" into the face of the landing, but managed to kind of pogo off it and drive away. There were also many many upside down landings and hard chassis slaps, as well as even more hard bounces off the landing ramps.......sucker's truly built like a tank, amazing for a light and super performing race buggy too.
