When I walk into the Post office or UPS and put a package on the counter, tell them where I want it to go and pay for it they then attach a label with a tracking number (costs extra at the Post Office) Within 24 hours you can tell where that package is whether or not it's been shipped or not so something isn't adding up. Shipping companies don't get paid to store packages. If there is a problem, it will ship back to the sender, other than that it's coming to you as fast as possible. Did you order from Hong Kong or somewhere outside the US? That could take longer.

heres the latest message i got "We are a large business and the postal service sends a truck to our location each day and loads it up with all the packages going out. We do not drop anything off at the post office and they do not scan anything when they pick it up. They take it to a large sorting facility (not the post office) and what they do with it after that only they know. If they lost it that has nothing to do with us. Where it is now is not in the city where our business is located. So you are wrong." just incase anyone thinks im a dirty liar :gasp: hehe heres the tracking link. You can see the notification day and receive day according to the USPS. http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTSInt...91401113311817 either way i look at it.....11 days to leave a state is ridiculous....and just cant trust it if he wants to get all technical (its a sorting facility not a post office) purchase day was technically July 23 too :na: |
If it were me as a buyer, he'd get a Neutral overall and only 1 star for Communication and 1 star for Shipping Time on his DSR. While even if he's telling the truth that USPS had it the whole time, it's his job as a seller to ensure it makes it to you. If I were the seller and received the e-mail from you about not receiving the package, I would have been on the phone with my local post office to find out what was going on.
So what is this guy's eBay user ID so we know who to stay away from? |

Not to guard the seller, but USPS tracking is quite useless from past experience, Delivery Confirmation works exactly the same, except a lot cheaper.
The package was insured for $200, how many shocks did you buy!? :gasp::surprised: But, if it takes 11 days to leave the state, he probably shipped Media Mail? :no: Definitely a negative feedback is in order, when you receive em. |

I agree usps has the most useless tracking system...which is why i waited and waited giving him the benefit of the doubt..... yea...i dont understand why it was $200. it was 2 ofna lx one front shocks |
:lol::rofl::rofl:
2 Ultra LX Ones!? :lol: Must've entered an extra zero.... Insurance must've cost a ton... for those who actually ship?:whistle: Are you sure he didn't ship media mail, or snail? |
This is a tough one as the seller did actually ship it on the 24th. The problem now is with USPS and that's out of the seller's hand. The seller could be nicer and go to the post office to complain and have USPS expedite your item. I had something like this happen when I bought some snails for my fish tank, but a few weeks later, USPS did deliver a smelly package. The guy who sold me the snails was nice enough to send me another package and we had a good laugh after I did get the first snails dead lol.

If he was a concerned seller "Big Businessman" he should reship another pair and send Priority ! Even though USPS is the one to blame here it's still his merchandise and your his customer he's obligated to a degree tio resolve this. The first package may show up sooner or later ?
I sent a set of RTR revo arms parcel post to a buyer last year, after 16 days they still didn't show, he wasn't a dick but was clearly concerned. I refunded him 100% and the next day his arms showed up ? Win some Lose some. If this seller of yours has a attitude and is unwilling to resolve the problem blast that jerk off w/a NEG and 1 star across the board. Personally since Fleabay changed the rules about sellers not able to leave negative feedback I've had nothing but problems with Non-paying bidders. It cost me tons of extra time,waiting for buyer response for the claim,paypal crediting my account the relisting or second chance buyer and the A-hole slacker non paying bidder gets a slap on the wrist and can still leave me a negative feedback on top of it all ? What sense does tha make ?????? I enjoy working and buying stuff on Ebay but sometimes their decision making and rules changes really suck a big hairy one. If these people are so dam smart to invent and make this auction site work and make money how in the hell can they make such bad decisions for the sellers who make it all float ??? RANT. |
This guy is an ass hat. Give him a negative.
For me, neutral is when they screwed up, but you would still do business with them again if you had to. Negative is when they sucked so bad you don't want to bother again. As for the star ratings, I would say be honest on those. If the product description was accurate, give him 5 stars on that. But his shipping and attitude sucked, so give him 1 or 2 stars on those. |

Yeah, but aren't there smaller equivalents!?
Like, less than 100? Why'd he need 200? :whistle: |
