the motor mount
clutch you are using
brake setup, mech, or are you using the motor to break
total weight of the car

Motor mount is made by Serum :) Super nice work
I use the brake stock system (mechanical), with the motor brake the esc make too hot, stop a 11 kg of car is difficult for esc.
i don't use a clutch the pinion is connected directly to the motor shaft

Virusss, do you know your overall gearing? Which pinion size do you run? Judging from rpm and voltage level i suppose you run a Neu 2215 2.5Y (600kv), is this correct?

With 5000mAh and a more constant / agressive power use (especially when running higher output batteries) i would expect runtimes to drop below 10 minutes (more then 500mAh per minute) and an average power of 1KW. You might want to get higher capacity batteries.

my runtime approx 18 minute if i remember correct

I am using a hyperion G3 3s 2200mAh vz 35C lipo and it performs great in a 1:16 buggy. Built quality seems top. Recharging with 10A (max 5c) takes about 20 minutes. Capacity although is only 2050mAh and not 2200mAh.

Stockings/nylons from your girlfriend/mam should do.

And if you want to protect your front bearing from wet cut a round piece of felt, grease it, drill a smal hole trough it and glue/attach it on the front shield right in front of the bearing.

Is it me or does those Bajas move faster then the gas version.

Top speed of his with the same gearing as stock will be a fair bit faster because of the RPMs, but that acceleration is where it's at. The stock tires suck, particularly in grass, but with a gas Baja it's actually somewhat controllable with any significant amount of throttle. That 2215 has plenty of power on tap to do some custom greenskeeping!
