toby 03.06.2005 08:42 PM

o well but back to the subject.. yes or no? more then one opinion please

Sylvester 03.06.2005 08:43 PM

is there really that big of a deal with big bores, they look the same as stock, i say go powerstrokes, or you could get my integy shocks, they work great!

Superemaxx89 03.06.2005 08:45 PM

powerstroke, period.

Bigbores are just a copy of the stock design, but with one tiny feature which i forget (other than being alum).

Sylvester 03.06.2005 08:46 PM

wow! aluminum! they look like crap but they have aluminum! wow! If you want looks go with integy, if you want the best performance, go powerstroke.

Megazone23 03.06.2005 11:18 PM

Well, as I said above in this thread, I got the Powerstrokes set for $99. I decided to go with the Powerstrokes because a) the price was better than anywhere else I've seen, b) I've heard nothing but positive things about them other than they're a little porky, c) they seem to be very tune-able (check out the Pro-Line website), and d) at $99 it makes them very price competitive with the MSR5s.

True, the MSR5s are definitely better looking IMHO, but the Powerstrokes have their own certain charm. If nothing else, when people see them, they'll know exactly what they are. :)

Take it from a guy who uses them. Nothing beats the powerstrokes. Not even the expensive Progressive shocks.

i bought a set for 99 off ebay too. never seen better then that

paintballw13 06.23.2005 01:47 PM

i have the powerstrokes they rip i got it to rip off the line with only a little bit of a wheel stand a must for any racer

squeeforever 06.24.2005 03:55 PM

which are better? powerstrokes, ue, or gpm?
gpm shocks (most expensive)
i would only run 4 shocks so the dampeners for the powerstrokes are useless.

maxxdude1234 06.24.2005 04:01 PM

The ue are very good for racers, most people only run 4 of them. The powerstroke are, technically, the best shocks by far and will perform very well. As for the GPM's I don't know, but they do seem very expensive - don't know why...

squeeforever 06.24.2005 04:28 PM

they look good that for sure. im still trying to find out why there so expensive. i currently have hot bodies threaded shocks. if anybodys interested in them pm me.
