I wonder who the hell designed the rear brake assembly. How genious lol.

Quite dissapointed in traxxas again for not making it big block. Revo will own truggy's w/ big block.

how many cubes is it? is it just an .18?

Sneeck 02.22.2006 12:39 PM

Think of it this way Sneek, all the power of most Big Blocks that one can put in it with no conversion

squeeforever 02.22.2006 06:01 PM

its actually a .198 but still...i would perfer a small block anyway. it uses less nitro for longer inbetween refueling. oh, and you wont be able to fit 8 cells flat. the extension is in the front of the servo mounts....

nbcaznmaster 02.22.2006 06:40 PM

Small blocks are deffintly better for racing, but they are more TOUCHY. its harder to tune and keep temps down and whatnot. They gotta better rpm though.

kmracer66 02.22.2006 06:41 PM

you're right. never mind then.

boss 302 02.22.2006 06:50 PM

and some of they big blocks get pretty heavy and weight is ussually a racers enemy

Or with O.S. TZ in it - Mine is too fast to drive - I have to immediately switch to 2nd gear to get around the track - First does nothing but pull the wheels up.... Quite fun to drive - not so much around the track - my stock revo kicks the TZ's arse around the track - lol

Sylvester 02.22.2006 08:18 PM

lol, too much power is worse than not having enough! IMO.

coolhandcountry 02.22.2006 08:33 PM

Well with not enough you can still make it around the track.

Sylvester 02.22.2006 08:35 PM

Yep.

HotnCold 02.22.2006 08:42 PM

I agree with ya sylvester - maybe the setback arms will help a bit. Maybe i should adjust my thumb to not squeeze the trigger so fast and so far........NAaaaa - I'll go with the arms... :005:

Sylvester 02.22.2006 08:45 PM

lol!

coolhandcountry 02.22.2006 08:51 PM

I am like you hotncold. It is nothing like a little wheelie power. If you can look cool riding wheelies around the track. Why not?
