Thanks for the info Chris! Looks like I've got some reading to do and figure out what I want to do. I gotta clear out some of my current trucks before I bring another one into the house as well. The workshop/rc garage in the basement is ever expanding... Its like the blob, slowly creeping and assimilating anything that dares stand in its path.

Watching some crawler vids is pretty entertaining. Really looks like a lot of fun.

A 6ch radio tho? What all do you need that for? Watching the new Star Trek movie, and I don't think the pilot of the Enterprise had that many buttons. ;)
Great builds!

You really only need a 3channel with the 3rd channel having 3pos i.e. dx3r

For a super you need 4 channel for the 4ws...

I use a dx6 on the super but only 4 channels an then using a couple of the switches for turning on/off some mixes for 4WS / 4WD vs independent

Ah hah, I figured something for 4ws, then maybe a toggle switch for on/off/crabwalk or such, that's on top of one ch for dig. Makes sense.

How do you like using a stick vs a pistol for control?

If you can do it stick is better

I'm most likely staying wheel for 22 and stick super - I should go stick on both
