As there always seems to be a camera about these days Ive pestered people into a few clips of it.......they are unedited and the quality is dubious but you get the idea..........http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v2...shless%20vids/

Amazing looking truck, cabking.

What kind of runtimes are you getting? What kind of reactions do you get from the Nitro drivers at the track?

I've always meant to go to Maxbashing...maybe when i've got my Lithium stuff i'll come up for a day

Thanks fella,
me and a mate approached a local farmer last year to rent that bit of land and we started a club to pay for it.
We have 50 members join since xmas....OK they are ALL Nitro heads :032: but I guess you cant have everything. :005:
. As Its at the end of a runway we use it when we want with no noise complaints :027:

boss 302 05.02.2006 07:44 PM

it definately looks like one awesome track

Sylvester 05.02.2006 07:47 PM

Definatly, majority of the r/c groups are nitro, but i will always love electric. Hows that protective film holding up? Where did you get that? I might try some, also, how hard was it to cut, its not that thick so it should be fine.

Are you running pro-line 23mm adaptors? If so, save some time and money and get some dace. People will buy those off you on the bay for $20 or more a pair even if they are used.

Tom, just to clear any confusion I'm nothing to do with running the Maxbashing track http://www.maxbashing.com/track/current.shtml
I been a couple of times Its good fun and very extreme, its all to easy to have your truck 16 foot in the air, off their mountain jump!!

Our Track is in Bournemouth, and we are more 'club' orentated. You are more than welcome to come down and see what we are about. Bring your trucks!!

Bournemouth - thats not too bad - quick bash down the motorway :)

I finish college in 4 weeks...i've heard reports of maxbashing being somewhat mad lol

I'll deffinetly try to come down over the summer - went racing for the first time ever about 6 weeks ago and i absolutely loved it - been craving more ever since

Very nice truck Cabking, You'll find out they like to slide more than grip

JThiessen 06.07.2006 01:23 PM

Protective film can also be purchased at most automotive stores. People will use that on their rocker panels.

In transparrant as well? and is it self adhesive?

squeeforever 06.07.2006 05:34 PM

Serum, it should be both transparrant and self adhesive so its hardly noticable. It's souly to protect the paint from rocks, ect.

Yup :027: Its got a healthy appetite for diffs too, amongst other things.

The benifits of that plasitc covering lasted a couple of laps , not bad for the two hours it took to fit and cut :005:

I still love it though :043:
