I just got one and I love it. I tried to convince Freezie to get one in the thread "just for freeze", but he bought an xbox instead... It's great for a neighborhood basher. Simple and fast.
It's nice to have a 4wd MT that you can run 1 x 2s or 3s battery. I would look into getting new wheel combo. If you stick with 2.2, you have to use the rpm revolver wide crawler offsets. Or you can use any 2.8 series wheel combos. Me, I prefer masher 2k on 2.2 for the 1/10 scale MT look. Lower the body by chopping down the body posts too. http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/h...3734137998.jpg |
Thanks guys, I registered for the email specials. If I get a decent coupon off that well good, if not I will sign up for the club.

Ehh, I would rather use the Slash chassis and have a MMM secured in place, than add some larger tires. That with the Jconcepts Rapter lid would more or less the exact same thing. Unless this guy is more fun simply because of the shorter chassis? Even then I would still think the Slash chassis with the pede bumper and wheely bar would be almost the same if not better.

i mreally like the looks of those...i might have to pick one up.
