The integy cable brakes on the 5b's are actually pretty good! As long as you get the V3's as the earlier ones totally sucked.--Josh

yeah, but.... hydraulic brakes would be soooo cool.
It's too bad the front wheels don't have enough traction to lock the front tires and do a brake stand. That would be cool. |
My 2cents
http://www.redcatracing.com/RC-Cars/...-XB-E-Electric I don't know if the that 2028 motors girth will fit ? |

Yeah but your one with stretch marks around the mouth ? :surprised: |
fyi: 2028 is 57mm diameter 6.5mm extra per side. I think with a larger pinion it would fit.
I almost wish I hadn't started my e5b build now. I've already got more than $800 into it, and I'm waiting for Mike to get the xl's!!! |
i know this will be very expensive but from what i've heard hurrax is very good.
have you seen their toxyc 4wd buggy. Here is a link about it. I'm not sure if you can get them in the US but i'm sure you could. http://www.ausrc.com/forum/showthrea...ghlight=hurrax EDIT: Here is the hurrax home page. http://www.hurrax.de/en/ |

A leopard 5692 would probably fit. There's no way the stock brushless setup will hold up. |
