The ones I had go bad yes. It was a good difference in temps.

Ok, so i disassembled my batss last night. they seemed to be direct solder...pulling them apart was a XXXXX!. Pulling them wouldn't ruin them would it? now if i want to test them, what would i use?

You can use your tongue ;) Just kidding, and pulling them spart shouldnt ruin them. To test your bateries your gonna need a voltage meter.. you can buy them dirt cheep at almost any electronic store.
