I saw the video of the Brammo Empulse motorcycle. Awesome bike but the big problem with this up here in Ontario, Canada is, add the cost of getting a motorcycle driver's license, then the cost of the license plate and insurance. Licensing and insuring motorcycles up here is expensive. And I see plenty riding bikes in the winter up here. I never seen anyone riding their motorcycles. Probably because insuring it for four months only is expensive enough  Well, there's the frozen asphalt and snow and ice patches also :intello: I find it disturbing that Brammo sells this awesome E-Motorcycle for the same price as some of the little E-Bikes. Someone's making good profit on those E-Bikes.

Well it looks like we have a pretty good wish list for an E-Bike system from Castle. I think they should go to work on it now.

Castle ESC's have to work with hub motors that are around 5kV and up. The ESC's also have to be able to endure longer peak power.

That Brammo monster does make you wonder why there are 12K ebikes around.

On the We(s)T of canada you can almost ride every month of the year(if you dont mind gettiong wet). But if it did snow you`d have deal with the carmageddon A.K.A people who don`t know how to drive in snow.

Castle has what it needs to start in the ebike market with a 36v controller. If they would up the components of the HV line to 65v we could have a solid 12s controller. The only thing lacking is TIME!
