With a hole that small, i dont think you should be worried about any rips or micro-scopic rocks getting in them;)

Yesterday I took the "bad" wheels and tires off of this truck and put them on an entirely different truck,the outcome......this different truck drove perfectly straight.No vibrating or swirving.Next will be checking/replacing the wheel bearings and on from there.Keep the advice coming. Thanks.

If that is the case you may check to see if the stub axles are bent. it would make it wobble and shimmy.
