Looking at the comments, I have to agree with them- bestbuy are hopeless and this kinda thing is gonna keep on happening & only get resolved after lots of negative publicity. People need to be more conscientious of what they are buying, where they buy it from & how to deal with it when it stops working ( geeksquad = fail, bestbuy = fail, walmart = fail, make friends with some PC nerds who live near by = win ).

People should learn to face the fact that you will never get great service. knowledge, and support from a big box store. The only advantage they may have is price and convenience.
Smaller more specialty type shops is where you will get the best service and support. The people are usually very knowledgeable. A consumer really needs to know what they are going for before buying from the big boys. |
