I like how the car uses stampede rear lower arms all the way around. Just love to see stuff repurposed!
I really like this car, and we have alot of fresh blacktop parking lots locally, so I see this being one of my few new rc purchases! |
I'll be waiting for Monster Mike to build some upgrade for this first.

Looks pretty cool! The new axles look interesting, hopefully they will be used on the erevo as well. And looks like maybe I will still be able to get a hold of a 1717 after all! I think this may be faster than my 1:1 drag car in the 1/8th mile!

I like this car too. Looks sharp, simple, and easy to work on. Although, the first mod I'd do is move everything over to the motor side and put a single battery on the other side. I really hate dual packs these days... |

Traxxas has made a big step up with their electronics here. I would buy an itouch (used older model as long as it is compatable) just to use with this. |

Unlocking 100+mph speed capability requires the Traxxas Link Application (download from the App Store) and an iPhone or iPod touch (sold separately). iPhone and iPod touch are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. |

This looks like a beast - I am primarily an off-road guy, but I will get one of these babies(and I happen to have an Iphone already). :)

lol, well that ... pardon my French ... SUCKS.
Is Castle going to release the MMM to the general masses with the new FETs, or are those FETs only for the crippled MMM? Hopefully I can just pick up a newer MMM with the newer FETs and add my own cap bank on it and be good to go without the Traxxas police dictating how I should run something. Sorry Pat, I'm not angry at you guys, I know it's a Traxxas thing... |
So what do we think street price will be? Once the BS calms down, say next summer?

Of course you could always borrow one just to unlock it. Go to the AT&T store, grab an iphone off the display, download the app, agree to the waiver, and unlock... |
