dang man, i really want to see! how difficult was it? what mods did u do to convert electric? did u use the same tranny any mods to that?
|
Try photobucket or rc pics. They let you put your pics on for free. That away we can see. You need an adapter or change the diff out for the plastic spur. Mike can make these adapters.

thanks country I will put the pics on rcpics this afternoon and upload them onto here for everyone to see. The mods weren't really that hard to do, a little thinking and some tips from a hyper 7 conversion and a couple custom made graphite parts and voila.
I will load pics this afternoon. |
If the pics are like a 640 x 480 res you can post them on the forum dirctly.

not sure what happened, but RC Pics has been off line lately

They were offline, but are back up now!

loooooooooks real nice. may change my mind about doing the lst2. did u just fabricate the motor mounts and then screw everythin together? or was their more details in this? ne tips if i decide to build sumthin like this?
|
The motor mount and the controller mount are custom made graphite parts that I made from work. (One of the perks of my job) they were really simple to make the only major modification I made to the truck was to cut out the upper plate that runs the length of the chasis so that I would have some room to mount the other set of batteries. I still need to get a new center diff gear that is plastic or nylon because the stock gear is steel so it's not a good combo, I Just have to find one.
Thanks for the compliments |
keep me or us updated with new pics n possible video
|
I will try and get some vids put up later this week.
