I thought they were the RD Logics Aluminum "Sy-V" Wheels but I'm not sure so I thought I'd ask.

Yup they are the sidewinder rims in the satin finish.

Actually it should have a wing. Since I was in such a hurry to get started on this I didnt realize that the wing was in the lexan in the rear that I cut off.

its a very nice shape i think it will be my next body if it fits
