Thanks for the info.
I'll have to make pics of my center driveline and post them here. Trouble is; I don't have a cam myself, so I gotta ring up a friend. The center Ti dogbones are so sweet, with some O-rings in the cups they have almost no play, and they should be fairly strong. Downside is: no oneway, though. |
Nice E-revos. This might be a future project for me.

My buddy painted up an new body for me.
Here's some pics: http://home.earthlink.net/~j1138/evo/revolt0.jpg http://home.earthlink.net/~j1138/evo/revolt1.jpg http://home.earthlink.net/~j1138/evo/revolt2.jpg http://home.earthlink.net/~j1138/evo/revolt3.jpg |
Very very nice! I like the Revolt logo. Cool!
Once my wing mount is here, I'll make a Revoxx sticker for my wing. |
could someone give me some help converting mine? im thinking of keepign mine and gettign a roller chassis but not sure. a little help maybe? thanks
What kind of help are you looking for? There are a bunch of ways to convert a Revo depending what you are looking to achieve...
well i wanted to use the stock chassis and possibly the stock tranny. i want something that can race and keeps the original handling if not improving it. i also bash alot so i want something that will run for a while.
Seems like LiPo's are a must.
yeah i was plannign on running twin peak performance 4800s. i dont want anything to big, and i want a battery i can run in my race truck and car too so i thought they would be good.
If you plan on racing, check with your track owner or director, they may not allow lipo, mine doesn't
they do. there are some guys who use lipo in their race trucks. its basically everything goes at my track. i think one guy has nitrous in his buggy. im not sure if he uses it in races, but he is allowed to. its basically race what you bring.
Wish i had a track like that
