I agree to some extant. Those parts are a lot of money though. But i do build it to run it, and run it hard when i can
but there is an extent to this. i don't want to break something everytime i go out to run, especially when i put 3000.00 in my truck! anywho, shelf queens are nice, but i LOVE to run!!!!!!!!!!

i know what you mean..... especially about the parts...and yes they cost some $...but i enjoy running my truck as well.....it was built to be run and not be a shelf queen...

You guys are absolutely right.
However...... ITS SOOO DAAAAAMMMMMN PRETTTTYYY.
Oh well, I do have to run it once I get my lipos, balancers and charger.

neweuser 09.15.2006 09:08 AM

Oh yeah! But as i've have always said, they are sexier with mudd on them!

Darren 09.15.2006 11:51 AM

I'm sinking tons of money into my truck, so I can run it hard without a problem!

Dont wanna scratch my vbs skids when they get here, but hey, use it, abuse it!

sjcrss 09.15.2006 11:53 AM

exactly my point....

neweuser 09.15.2006 11:54 AM

Yup. Not scratching the skids, that's a good one! At least not when you put them on! But after running!

The aluminum will be scratched. I rather see plastic scratched than aluminum, something no one can talk me out of my head..

neweuser 09.15.2006 02:48 PM

It's always better to scratch plastic as they are cheaper to replace. Would never talk you out of that!
