Looks great. And I agree with Serum, try building some battery holders so you can adjust that weight up front some more.

I was thinking the same thing. Mount 2 of the packs up front and the third in the rear on the opposite side of the motor to offset the weight. Just got to figure out the wiring or mounting of the esc so I don't have too much wire.

I think I saved at least a pound going back to stock. I didn't think to weigh it before it was stripped.
Moved the pass. side batts to the front and added the third 6 cell pack to the drive front. I still gotta add a handle just for that extra peace of mind. Waiting on the batts to charge so I can test it. I hope it's not to offbalance when jumping. We'll have to see...
