Ok! I think the 1950 17turn is what the choice may be for motor. I get 10 t done
in the other configuration for a 17turn. It is about 769 kv. I will have some comfort zone on the 42k rpm limit. The amp draw shouldn't be to bad at
this voltage. I have a diff holder for a 19 series as well.
Thanks larry for the offer but the 2250 10t is to much kv. Would need to change it out to a 17t configuration. I am a little worried about esc taking the voltage. If it works. I think I will be happy. Maybe. :D

I would pay to see this.

Those Apogee cells are brilliant - With that setup you would be pushing 3.2kW+ continuous with ease, I imagine 5kW would be possible in bursts :D

The 1950/10 can be reconfigured to be a 1950/17 by changing the D pattern to the S pattern of wiring. Getting a 1950/10 is easy. Mike has them instock. Then you could use it for a more conventional application in the future. By changing it back to the D pattern.

Instructions for reconfiguring are here.

EDIT: Just ignore me. I didn't finish reading the tread before posting this. You already knew this.:010:

I have a 12s LVC, it cost me $20, 3v a cell cut off. Here you are:

Is it possible to use two MambaMaxs to power one HV motor?
Its possible to use 10s easily with such a setup.

Nick 11.22.2006 02:27 PM

I don't think you can run 2 circuits into 1 motor? I would of thought the 2 ESCs would conflict. Intresting idea though.

coolhandcountry 11.22.2006 02:57 PM

by running two mambas you would only have a 5s voltage. but in 2p form

captain harlock 11.22.2006 03:40 PM

But I'm sure there might be a way. How about joining the wires together from both controllers?

sjcrss 11.22.2006 03:51 PM

i don't really think you can, because the controller pulses the motor to find the center point, and they actually send info back & forth to each other, so if you have 2 controllers trying to pulse the motor , I think it will not work

I am worried the esc won't take the 12s lipo. I am confident upto 10s. I have to make sure on the caps voltage.

coolhandcountry 11.22.2006 09:15 PM

This system will be going on what I decide in this thread.
