they look like their anerexic (sp?) lol. They are both worn down the same, but it only does this cutting out in second gear.

I dont know, but would something in the tranny be able to get it going, then all of a sudden it deaccelarates hard like i hit the brakes? my emaxx looks like i has hydrolics when im topped out in 2nd gear (stop-go-stop-go lol)

What you could do is disconnect the servo and manually lock the tranny in 1st or 2nd gear and see what it does then - maybe a servo or reception problem. That would eliminate a bunch of Q's and get ya going in the right direction........

I locked it into second gear -- and that fixed it!! I guess the EPA wasnt set high enough for the shift servo. I noticed that when i was messing with it on my bench, sometimes the shift rod would go in, but mostly it would stick out a little. INteresting ididnt see that before, huh? lol That problem is fixed...

Also, when i was finishing up a run earlier, i had no brakes when going forward. i could go in reverse, no problem, and when i hit forward, it would brake to a stop while going backwards. But nothing when going forward and hitting the brakes. Everything seemed perfectly fine on my last run, but i would like to know if it is anything serious.

Thank you!

I would think that the drive dog thing on the shifting fork is damaged.. (or the inside of the gears that it needs to grab in)
