Welcome to the forums!
The 5700 isnt enough to pull a revo. If you were to use a mamba maxx esc, with a 7xl motor, on 4s lipo it would be ok. |

The 5700kv motor will get too hot for a revo. Some people have ran the mamba with 5s lipo. 4s lipo will work fine on it.

You could maybe run dual 4600 systems on a Revo without overheating. But definintely not one, let alone a 5700. |

Even the 4600 is not reccomended. Get a XL motor.

E-revolution, with a 7xl, 4s lipo will get you good speed, My Gmaxx is running a 7XL, MM and 5s with 13/40 and a slipperential (equivilent to a 13/51 strobe setup on an Emaxx transmission) and it runs in the 40's, $s lipo's and a 15 tooth pinion should be good for mid to upper 30's easy. I'll test the 4s with current gearing and see how fast some time today and report back

the 8000 4s packs will be great for you're setup with a 7XL. I'd go woth 4s over 3s as the power will be better. all you need to run this pack is a UBEC, because the internal BEC can't handle the extra voltage of the 4s pack |
