I use the warrior 9918 or micro 18/120. These controllers can safely handle 20 cells (vs. the initial 18 cell rating) according to BK, and I haven't had any troubles running them at higher than 18 cell voltage.

By the way aren't the 27 series bigger than the 22?

Actually no. The 22 is the biggest LEHNER ever produced as far as I know and it might be the biggest over all other brushless motors in the market. These motors are 43+mm wide and they can produce a massive 3000 watts that is more than enough to pull a super heavy E-maxx like a little 1/10 scale b4 with a Basic XL2800 on 20+cells. They produce more than 3.6 hp and can handle 10-11-12-13-14-15-17-18............36+ cells. While the 27 series in the other hand is but a brushed motor with a can that is almost identical to the 15 series brushless motors....they're no big deal. Hope that'll help.;)

Ah..I guess there is something I need to correct: the 27 series is like a 19 series with brushes..hehehehe. :p
