I dont think you can do that. I could say, i have to the right to remove bid taht are less than 100+ feedback. And if the price wasn't high enough, i could just not sell. And if the winner leaves you negative feedback, he would be correct becuase your a non peforming seller. Ebay wouldnt remove taht negative.

Yes, but 5 feedback isn't exactly hard to get.

Also, if you put "without contacting first" it doesn't put a restriction on, it just require them to send you an email or something. 99% of the time, they don't do it. And since they broke an auction term, you automatically have more rights than they do.

Ebay works like this: Seller sets terms, buyer accepts them. If buyer accepts and purchases, he automatically accepts terms - no questions asked.
