Also, if you put "without contacting first" it doesn't put a restriction on, it just require them to send you an email or something. 99% of the time, they don't do it. And since they broke an auction term, you automatically have more rights than they do. Ebay works like this: Seller sets terms, buyer accepts them. If buyer accepts and purchases, he automatically accepts terms - no questions asked. |
