Not sure...I would imagine that there is usually a standard width.

Normal 5x11 bearings that are used in our cars/trucks are 4mm thick. The 5x11 bearings that Feigao uses in their motors are 5mm thick.

So would it hurt to use the bearing that is only 4mm thick? Acer e-mailed me back and said that they don't make a 5x11x5.

Well...it probably wouldn't handle as much load, and it would have to be spaced out. Otherwise, I don't see why it wouldn't work.

I wouldn't do it... The extra load from the pinion gear can put quite a strain on the bearing. And if you're wanting the bearing to last as long as possible, you'll want one that's the proper size.

Well I guess I'm stuck with the stock bearings cause I can't seem to find anyone that makes that size in any type of upgrade. Any suggestions?
