Hmm, that sounds like a tough one to try and fix then, best bet is to send it to CC to fix it unfortunately. Sounds like its going to cost $50 due to the pcb being damaged.
|
ya, im probly gunna have to do that, cause as you guys said, the red contact is in the middle of the board...if only someone gave me a hint, i wouldnt have to waste castles time sedning it in...
|
i would try to fix it tbh as they will still charge you 50 bucks for the repair and its gona take 14 WORKING DAYS which is a long time to be without your mamba in the summer.

The trouble is no-one has a clear pic of the MM cicuit board (undamaged), and without that it is impossible to say where the wires need to be soldered on. Better to get it professionally repaired than to mess it up and have to pay $50 anyway.

My mm control did the same thing only it was not crash damage the wires just wiggled off plus its a pita to solder the wires without burning the switch wires, I never liked that those were so close
|
Mine snapped off to at the board however the board was ok - I just soldered across and use the battery as on/off - I figure it will last a while and then have to pay $50 for a repair...

The best pics yet of the inside of a MM, may be some use to people. |
Too bad I didn't think to grab a more detailed pic of the switch wires and solder points...
