I have always used deans on every rc I have had. I also usually direct solder the ESC to the motor. Its just easier this way for me, since I never move my motors to different cars. Once it is in a car, it stays there, lol.

If you want a REALLY low resistance connection, try a complete Deans on each wire.

I am just not sure if the Neu or the MM will stay in the E-Maxx. Depending on the cogging issue I might swap one of them, Neu for Lehner or MM for MGM. Then because I have an expensive part left over I'd have an excuse... umm... reason to tell my wife about the E-Revo I want to build next.
