I don't know either. I'm sure next time it rains the rag will get wet and there goes my "machine". Yeah, I could understand if one side was heavier and it rotated until the heavy side was facing down and stop. But continual rotation? I dunno. Actually I think it has something to do with the rotation of the motor and at what frequency its vibrating, the same thing happened to me today while mowing the grass, the vibrations of the lawnmower were making an cylindrical object that was horizontal, roll. Exactly like what your video showed.
