That's gotta be tough this time of year (through February) in Illinois...I used to live there in the 80s.

My hats off to ya...you guys do a great job getting us our stuff in a timely manner.

Mike - Thanks for the help!

I purchased a set of FLM hybrids thru RCM and the front went together and shimmed about as perfectly as one could wish for. As soon as I picked up the rear, I knew there was a problem. The cavity where the pinion bearings had been machined .005" too large - I know if doesn't sound like much but that lets the bearing literally fall out.

I emailed Mike on how to handle this and he copied his contact at FLM with his prompt reply which I sure appreciated! That opened the doors and FLM sent me a replacement before waiting to get the one I sent back. The new rear hybrid has turned out just like the front, butter smooth.

Mike, thanks for taking the time to lend your help and insure that things worked out and worked out quickly. I'll be doing more business at RCM for sure!!

Actually I prefer the winter over the summer. You can always add more layers in the winter, you can only take off so much in the summer before you start getting complaint calls. One thing I would recommend to anyone shipping through the Postal service is to use Priority service over Parcel Post. I mailed a Revo to lincpimp using Parcel Post and they told me at the window that it would take about 5 days - it took 20.

I mean the Parcel Post service that the USPS offers it can be VERY slow.

lol - yeah, don't i know it. i should be getting some small parts in a letter sent by Tower that was most likely sent parcel - from chicago to detroit. it should take 2 days, and instead it'll take 6 or 7! dammit.

Yeah, parcel seems to work better for some things than others! Large packages seem to take their time. Overall I have had exceptional service from USPS, even on insurance claims. Jnev sent me some heli stuff on a trade and the box was crushed. Thank God he insured the package. Once I submitted the paperwork to the local PO they got me a money order in the mail the next day. Hows that for service!

Hey I just wanted to send out a big THANK YOU to Mike. I ordered my stuff last Friday and it arrived today!

Can't wait to try out that MGM!

I might as well also add tot his thread. I had a problem with my Revo motor mount. Mike sent a new one out the next day I emailed him (Thursday or Friday). And I received it today. :intello:

Thanks

I must say a big thank you to Mike and the crew as well. I received the FLM chassis and tranny case last night. I was so excited I began the build right away. I put the chassis braces on with loctite and dry fit the rest of the assembly before going to bed. I still need a few little things to complete the project and then I can tear it down and locktite the entire truck. Thanks for the great products and servies. We are all greatful for waht you do for us. Have a great Thanksgiving guys.
