to be honest i bought a bunch of 5mm plugs but when i went to solder them together i didnt understand it.

The plugs are easier IMO. The easiest way is to scrap the inside, put a tad bit of flux in, tin the wire, stick the wire in and use a clamp to hold the wire down and heat the plug up and solder it up....done.

50 amp rating, what a joke! I use Dean's in my brushless 90 helicopters. They pull over 100 amps continuous for the whole run. No problems at all with the Dean's.
