That made no sense.

Me or Neil?

If it's me let me explain. Before when Hobbywing only had their aircraft ESCs, I contacted them to see if they could make me a car ESC. At that time they said no. I kept asking and finally they decided to make one and asked for advice. I told them it would be nice to have a sensored/sensorless ESC and a program card. I told them the settings the ESC would have and when they made it I got the first sample to test out. After that I found out that they had a deal with Speed Passion to sell the Xerun line under their brand. After that I couldn't sell them here anymore. I even asked them to make my own ESC that would be completely different, but no go. I also gave them the idea for the program box they'll be coming out with in the Ver. 2. Hobbywing is funny though. I guess they were having trouble selling their line the eZRun and asked me to find some drivers locally to run the systems and post things in rctech.net, well I found the drivers, but they don't like how Hobbywing is treating me and they are waiting for my ESCs so they can use them. Hobbywing asked me if I knew any manufacturers that could make 4 or 6 pole motors and I told them that I know a few, but I was only going to give them one source. They asked me that after they saw me running my Recoil with my 4 pole motor. Now I might just move on and if HW wants to do the things I ask them then I'll be more helpful.

As for the E50, here is info on them: http://www.hackerbrushless.de/images...8-WEB%2042.pdf. The only one I want is the L version that has a Kv of 1260.

The hacker E50 L seems to be an interesting candidate for a HV Truggy/MT. I found a post on rctech.net where Steve Neu mentioned they are built in China.

DiFabio42 11.27.2008 10:25 AM

Wow, When did that come out?

The 'that made no sense' comment was directed at neil. Those E50 motors look good, are they still 2 pole?

Call Hacker here in the US and ask Kyle when they should be available.

BL_RVO has no sense of humour. :P

BL_RV0 11.27.2008 07:13 PM

I do occasionally, usually when i am almost passed out from tired-ness.
Were you expecting me to say something like "your mom is 4 pole" or something?

suicideneil 11.27.2008 09:17 PM

Geh? You Americans make no sense sometimes...

When lutach mentioned 'sources', I thought it would be funny to twist it around and turn it into 'sauces'. Clearly my comical talents are wasted...

lutach 11.28.2008 02:43 PM

You two are going to end up falling in love .

BL_RV0 11.28.2008 09:25 PM

I doubt it if we already act like a married-for-too-long couple...
