At this point it seems that way. Maybe I'll get lucky and BK will take the hit instead of me $$. Pipe dream - probably.

Have you took your motor apart and made sure the winding hasn't come loose in the motor. I had a motor started cogging and missing like yours. It was after a real bad crash. I kept the magnet or rotor for a screw holder. :D The motor will tap apart pretty easy. Just to let you know.

Well it is not hard to do it. I did one by accident. The motor slipped out of my hand hit the floor on the end shaft and boop it knocked the end bell off.
