No vid camera yet but will try to get some pics up when i get the Ubec in. With 12 cells and 17/66 32 pitch in it, it runs at about 25 to 30. according to BrianG's speed calculator it should be running 21, but it feels faster.

Edit: Got to run on the track today, track is officially closed, but the owner was there and let me so he could see how it run.
Right now its perfect for racing, good power and the natural handling of the G2R make a perfect pair, ran for ten minutes and everything was touchable, but warm, Impressive considering i don't have fans on it. as the batteries started to fade i took it into the parking lot and could still flip on its top easily. The track owner said there should be a law against that kind of power, but so long as there isn't, he might get one. :005:

Ok, got a couple koolflight UBEC's, one for the mamba and another for the mgm i got for another project. Can i set up the UBEC on the wires on the circut board of the mamba(red to red, black to black) I'm running the mamba without a series adapter, battery wires on different deans plugs with a jumper connecting them. Would it be ok to setup the UBEC wires under where the battery wires mount to the esc? I intend to set up a plug to make them detachable.

That'll work. Although you might void the warranty.

That's what I did with a Deans micro plug. Actually did two, the other one for a 12V fan originally.

OTOH, I set out to void the warr.
